Originally from Northwest Florida, I have lived in the Birmingham area since 1994.   I’ve been married to Renee for 26 years. Together, we have two amazing sons, Cooper and Owen. These three people are the joy of my life.

I served as a Campus Minister at Samford University for 16 years. Throughout these years, I walked alongside generations of students, helping them discover their identity, call, and vocation. In 2014 I began working as a LifePlan guide. Two years later, I was certified as a StratOp guide. Finally, I am certified through the International Coach Federation as as Professional Life and Leadership Coach.

ManYear was born from a twelve year journey that began at the ultrasound of my second son. It’s a journey that led me to leave my comfortable surroundings and set out for a land I did not know. I did this because I believe the work of intentional fathering will change generations.

I bring the heart of a pastor, the eyes of a guide, and the hands of a coach to my work. It would be an honor to walk alongside you in your journey.
